Qualifications for Exchanges and Returns
 
Return Window: You can ask for a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. For products to be eligible for a refund or exchange, they must be returned to us within this 30-day window.
Returning an item requires that it be in its original, unused, and undamaged state. This covers all of the original tags, packing, and accessories. Items that have been worn, used, or otherwise changed are not returnable.

Exclusions: Due to hygienic concerns or personalization, some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
1)These consist of: Personalized or custom-made goods.
2)items that were tagged as "Final Sale" when they were bought.
3)Cards for gifts. 
 
3.     How to Request a Return or Exchange
The following procedures should be followed in order to start a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: To let us know if you would like to return or exchange the item, send us an email at  “   or give us a call at  “  ”. Your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and whether you would rather have a refund or an exchange should all be included.

2. Return Authorization: You will receive comprehensive instructions on how to proceed along with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA numbers may be denied, so please make sure you have this authorization before returning any items.
 
Pack the Item: Make sure that the item or items are carefully packed in its original packing, with all tags and accessories included. To prevent damage during transit, make sure the package is tightly wrapped.

4. Ship the item: Packages should be sent to the following address:

Since we are not liable for missing or damaged items during return delivery, please use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance.
   Processing Time for Refunds:After receiving your returned item, we will check to make sure it satisfies our return requirements. After we receive and approve your return, refunds are normally completed in 7–10 business days. The original payment method used to make the purchase will get the refund.
Shipping Fees: There is no reimbursement for shipping fees. Unless the return is because of a  Shopandhaul fault (such as receiving a defective or wrong item), you are liable for the cost of return postage.
4. Refund

Exchanges
Procedure: When contacting us to start the return process, please be specific about your desire to swap an item for a different size, color, or style. We will handle your exchange and send you the new item at no extra cost (except shipping fees, if any) as soon as we receive your returned item.
Availability: Product availability affects exchanges. We'll let you know if the item you ordered is unavailable and provide a refund or other options.
6.Items that are flawed or incorrect

Resolution:  Shopandhaul will expedite the sending of replacement items and pay for the return shipping of any damaged or incorrect items.
